BRB PROMOTIONS
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply to all BRB Promotions events. By purchasing a ticket and/or attending an event, you and your parent/guardian agree to be bound by these terms.
BRB Promotions reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
2. Eligibility & Age Restrictions
Events are strictly limited to the advertised school year group(s).
Attendees may be required to provide proof of age or school year. BRB Promotions reserves the right to refuse entry where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Tickets purchased for the wrong age group will not be refunded.
3. Tickets & Booking
All tickets must be purchased via the official BRB Promotions website.
Tickets are:
- Non-refundable
- Non-transferable
- Valid only for the named event
In the event of cancellation by BRB Promotions, a refund or transfer may be offered.
4. Entry & Admission
BRB Promotions reserves the right to refuse entry at its sole discretion.
Reasons may include, but are not limited to:
- Incorrect age group
- Intoxication or suspected substance use
- Inappropriate behaviour or attitude
- Failure to comply with event rules or staff instructions
Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket. Late entry may be refused.
5. Code of Conduct
All attendees must behave respectfully at all times.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Bullying, harassment or discrimination
- Aggressive, threatening or disruptive behaviour
- Damage to property or venue
- Failure to follow instructions from staff or security
Any breach may result in immediate removal from the event.
6. Zero Tolerance Policy
BRB Promotions operates a strict zero tolerance policy in relation to:
- Alcohol
- Drugs
- Vaping
Any attendee found in possession of, or under the influence of, any of the above will be refused entry or removed immediately.
7. Safeguarding & Welfare
BRB Promotions prioritises the safety and wellbeing of all attendees.
- Professional staff and security will be present at all times
- Attendees must follow all safeguarding procedures
- Any concerns should be reported immediately to staff
For Years 8 and 9 :
Attendees may only leave the venue when collected by a parent or authorised adult.
For Years 10 and above:
Attendees may leave the venue at their own discretion and risk.
8. Search Policy
For the safety of all attendees, BRB Promotions reserves the right to carry out bag and personal searches on entry.
Refusal to be searched will result in refusal of entry.
9. Photography & Video Recording
Photography and video recording will take place at BRB Promotions events for promotional and marketing purposes.
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending an event, attendees and their parent/guardian:
- Consent to being photographed and filmed
- Grant BRB Promotions full rights to use such content across websites, social media, and marketing materials
If an attendee or parent/guardian does not wish for the attendee to be photographed or filmed, they must notify BRB Promotions in writing in advance of the event by emailing:
This request must include:
- Attendee full name
- Event date
- Parent / Guardian contact details
BRB Promotions will use reasonable efforts to respect such requests but cannot guarantee complete exclusion from incidental background capture.
10. Personal Belongings
Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings.
BRB Promotions accepts no liability for loss, theft or damage to personal items.
11. Liability
BRB Promotions shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss or damage except where caused by proven negligence.
Attendees participate at their own risk.
12. Event Changes
BRB Promotions reserves the right to:
- Change venue
- Change DJ or entertainment
- Amend event timings
No refunds will be issued for such changes unless the event is cancelled.
13. Removal & Future Attendance
BRB Promotions reserves the right to remove any attendee from an event for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Attendees removed may be refused entry to future events.
14. Data Protection
Personal data collected during ticket purchase will be used for event administration and communication.
BRB Promotions will handle all data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
